Clip Studio Paint

  - I wouldn't say it's my favorite drawing/painting program, but it's my
    current one. I've tried just about every program, and I've mostly used
    PaintTool SAI over the years, but I've found that CSP works the best for my
    personal workflow.

GraphicsGale
- Info
  - Powerful, easy-to-use pixel art program. There's a lot you can do with it,
    but truthfully, I basically use it as a better version of classic MS Paint.
    Doesn't come with default key bindings for tools and such, so I recommend
    setting those up right away.

  - SumatraPDF is a lightweight PDF viewer. It's also free and open source. It's
    crazy how much faster PDFs open with this than they do with other viewers.
    Highly recommend.
